Usaa Mobile Deposit

I frequently use checks written off my account at local bank and USAA mobile deposit in order to transfer money from my local checking account to my USAA checking account where I pay my bills. Same process this morning, smaller check (less the 25% or my current check account balance) and I get a notification that a portion of the check will be.

    @USAA my home severely damaged w frozen broken pipes. Cld have been minimized if energy wasn't shut off for 43 consecutive hrs (told rolling, then on for 6hrs, then off 15hrs)!! Poll your claims in Houston and you'll see that you need to sue CenterPoint and ERCOT for damages.

    Found out my bike was stolen last night, filed a police report and insurance claim at about 11pm. It's now 3pm the next day and @USAA has already issued my insurance claim pay out and will direct deposit it to my account. THAT is customer service.

    After a decade of banking with @USAA, they put a hold on half my paycheck. I did not do anything from my normal routine. So once all my funds are released, I will close all accounts and cancel any service I have. Thank you for inconvincing me.

    @USAA is the worst company ever!! They will lie, go back on their signed contracts, call your bank and lie to them, and make you run around in circles for a payment. Worst customer service and good luck to you if you get hit by a @usaa driver. DON'T EVER GET THIS INSURANCE!!!

    Never ever ever pay them extra thinking they will do what you paid for. I have to dispute the charge with .@USAA since despite seeing screenshots will not acknowledge what I paid for. Also going to ask .@AvonInsider to please change shipping companies.

    .@UPS I'm going to dispute my transaction with .@USAA I wish I could've spoken to a person and not spend 10 minutes getting the run around from a bot. Worst Customer Service ever. I am running a business and needed that package before noon. I paid money to have it <12pm.
